All clubs that have a minimum of 4 officers trained during the Summer Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) session (June – end of August) will qualify for Distinguished Club Plan (DCP) Goal 9a, BUT did you know that District 29 Toastmasters clubs that have ALL 7 officers trained during the Summer TLI session will also earn a GOLDEN TOASTER AWARD RIBBON for their club banner?
