Talk Up Toastmasters and Earn Awards!

It’s always a good time to tout the benefits of Toastmasters, but this is especially the case during the “Talk Up Toastmasters” campaign, which runs from February 1 – March 31st .

During the campaign, clubs are encouraged to invite guests to meetings to “show and tell” the many benefits of Toastmasters. Clubs may want to consider hosting an Open House, which offers potential members a welcoming, informative and fun experience.

Through the Talk Up Toastmasters campaign, clubs can earn rewards while adding members.

Clubs that add 5 new, dual or reinstated members with a join date between February 1 and March 31 will receive a special “Talk Up Toastmasters” ribbon to display on their club’s banner, as well as a special discount code for 10 percent off their next order from Toastmasters International.

In addition, District 29 is offering its own bonus incentive: a $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate for adding 5 new, dual or reinstated members, and another $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate for adding 8 during the campaign period.

Remember, if your club wishes to hold an open house, District 29 will reimburse you up to $40 for expenses. Clubs are encouraged to take advantage of the customizable Open House flyers available on the Toastmasters International website.
